Jackie's Cakes & flowers - Terms and ConditionsQuotations and Ordering Provision of a quotation does not imply that Jackie's Cakes & flowers will accept an order, the order only becomes definite when a deposit has been paid. Initial quotations are approximate, we will give a firm quote when your exact requirements are known. Payment Conditions A non refundable deposit of £60 minimum is taken at the time of order. The outstanding balance will be due 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. Should you also require us to supply your wedding flowers, a £60 non-refundable deposit will also be required on placing that order. Payment Methods Deposits and balances due can be made by cheque; full details will be on your quotation. Taking Delivery of Your Cake & flowers Jackie's Cakes & flowers prices include delivery and set-up at your venue, however you may collect your order if you so wish. Designs You may see a design in our photo gallery that you like with maybe a few changes, e.g. colour or flower type. Or you may have seen a photo of something you would like us to replicate for you. Whatever your ideas, please email, giving your telephone number if you would like us to call and discuss your requirements. All rights in any designs conceived by Jackie's Cakes & flowers shall remain our exclusive property. Due to a policy of continuous improvement, we reserve the right to make minor changes to designs from those illustrated. |
